How we use it

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, assess requests for assistance, process volunteer applications and communicate with you about FMF activities you have asked about.

How we protect it

Submissions are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised FMF team members who need them to handle your request. We do not sell, rent or publish your personal information.

Information about people requesting support is treated as confidential and is never shared publicly without consent.

Sharing

We will only share your information with a trusted partner if it is necessary to provide the support you requested and you have agreed to this, or where we are required to by law.

Your rights

In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time.
